Message you need any further support.

Through the summer I ran an ECU sale with guaranteed 24-hour turnaround and changed that guarantee to a statement "In most cases your ECU will be upgraded and shipped back to you within 24 hours of receipt." Your order really doesn't fall into a "most case" situation as you ordered the ECU upgrade with the EPROM switch option. For what it is worth, a multi-program setup done through JWT would take several weeks for them to fill.

Your ECU arrived to us on the 10th and there were still discussions between us concerning your setup - namely the turbochargers you asked me about which I happily researched and offered my advice to you on. Your ECU was shipped on the 19th.

I also do not mind offering all of the other advice/information I provided to you in the many emails we corresponded through over the course of the last several weeks - it just comes as a bit of a shock that after putting the time and effort into the lengthy replies to your emails that there is no mention of that in your post. I could just have easily told you that I can't provide support for other peoples' products and just left it at that for you to figure out on your own.

I have no complaints about customers who wish to post their experiences with me but I do hope that they will at least convey the entire experience. And in my opinion there was a good bit more of the experience that just wasn't mentioned in your post.

It is very well known that AshSPEC has had difficulties with the customer service side of business. It needs to be clearly stated though that AshSPEC builds product to order - it is as close to custom work as you can get and unfortunately this can create delays in shipping. I do not outsource manufacturing to other companies - I do not purchase products from other companies - we build every single item that is ordered and nothing goes out of here that doesn't stand up to the quality standards of being good enough to put on my own car. However, I am working to resolve these customer service issues in the best ways I can and should be tooled up to do so for the new year.
